Nomination of director candidate
Criteria for nomination of qualified candidates for directorship in 2010 AGM



Qualification of shareholder who will have the right to nominate a qualified person as candidate for the Company's directorship election

Shareholders who would like to propose a qualified candidate for directorship must be the Company's shareholder holding continuously minimum shares in an amount 0.05 percent of the total shares either by one or several shareholders combined. And, Shareholders must have held those shares continuously for at least 12 months by the date the shareholder nominates a qualified candidate.


Qualification of candidate for the Company's directorship election

1. Having the qualification according to the Public Company Act, Securities and Exchange Act and the Good Corporate Governance of the Company.

2. Being knowledgeable, capable, independent, dedicated, and healthy mentally and physically, be of suitable age and be able to perform director's duties with care and loyally.

3. Having the skill of Electronics industry knowledge, accounting& finance, management skill, international markets, business strategy, crisis management, corporate governance and legal.

4. Should not serve too many board positions.

Supplementary documents as required by the company as the following

The evidence of shares' held, namely the certified letter of the securities company or other evidences of the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Support document of candidate's qualification including the education and work experience (Curriculum Vitae).

Other support documents beneficial for board consideration (if any).

The completely documents should be sent to the company before further submission to the Board of Directors for consideration and please submit the within January 16, 2010.
The company will notify the Board's consideration results after the Meeting.
